The following piece is my somewhat whimsical exploration of the London underground. After having a bicycle stolen I took to the tube and was struck by the very different experience of traveling as opposed to my usual mode of cycling. Although many people who catch the tube (namely my flat-mates) argue that the exercise was perfectly normal, within my world this was not the case and i certainly believed that my cycling was quite an important part of who i was and how i interacted with the world while moving through it.

I would also like to encourage others to examine their experiences of public travel, on its own i think my exploration (I hope) may be interesting but in comparison I think it would be most interesting.
